Its style |
This wine has a beautiful, pale yellow colour with slightly green reflections. Its taste is both dry and sweet. Highly aromatic, and pleasantly and sharply fruity, it releases subtle perfumes of almond and lime blossom.
|
| Its History |
Its elegance and great aromatic presence are due to its refined combination of the Clairette and Ugni Blanc wine varieties, finished off with a hint of Sauvignon.
The grapes are picked manually. They subsequently undergo total destemming, followed by maceration before low pressure pressing. Its vinification is then performed at a very low temperature with cold clarification.

How to make your guests fully appreciate this wine :
Its qualities are fully evident when drunk as a young wine, though it is preferable not to drink it too chilled, at 12°, in order to help it best express its aromas. Seafood, shellfish and foie gras adore this wine. As an aperitif, it seduces everyone. |
