There’s an old adage that says “Good wine is made in the vineyard”, which is why over the last three years we’ve made some great improvements to our way of working in the vineyard, while still of course continuing to perfect our wine-making process.

In collaboration with a “pedologist” or soil expert, we have carried out an in-depth analysis of our various vineyard plots so as to employ the most appropriate cultivation methods on each of them, always with a view to practising sensible agriculture that favours quality over quantity.
